All Residents are encouraged to create an account with an email address in the www.radiocitycondo.com webportal. 

Residents of radioCITY may use this webportal to:

• Book Amenities (e.g. Party Room, Guest Suites, Elevators, Boardroom)
• Submit Service Requests to Management
• Access to soft copy Corporation Documents, i.e. The Declaration, By-laws and Rules in the Media Library
• Participate in or start community discussions through the online Forum
• Place Classified Ads to the community

This platform also functions as a centralized communications tool for both the Concierge and Property Management, ensuring timely and efficient information sharing with Residents.

Package Notifications: When a package is received for a Resident, the Concierge logs the delivery into the web portal. An automatic notification is then sent to the Resident, advising them that their package is ready for pickup.

Community Updates: Property Management uses the system to distribute important notices, including upcoming events, building projects, Meetings of Owners, maintenance schedules, and other relevant community information.

Residents can customize their communication preferences and choose to receive updates and announcements from Management via email, SMS (text message), or both, according to their individual preference.
