All Residents are encouraged to create an account with an email address in the www.radiocitycondo.com webportal. Residents of radioCITY may use this webportal to:
- Book Amenities (e.g. Party Room, Guest Suites, Elevators, Board Room, Billards Room)
- Submit Service Requests to Management
- Access soft copy of Corporation Documents, i.e. The Declaration, By-laws and Rules in the Media Library
- Participate in or start community discussions through the online Forum
- Place Classified Ads to the community
This also serves as a communications tool by the Concierge and Property Management.
- When receiving a package for a Resident the Concierge enters the Delivery into the webportal and a notice is sent to that Resident
- Management sends out notices to Residents for events, projects, Meetings of Owners and other information
Residents may choose to receive updates and announcements from Management by email, SMS or both, depending on personal preference.
